Veridocs has created a customized Visitor Management services that enables correctional facilities to know who are entering and leaving their facilities. The service utilizes Machine Readable Zones (MRZ) to capture required data from both sides of an Identification Document (ID) and display it in the applicable fields within an Offender Management System (OMS). A digital image of the entire ID or the facial photo can be secured to enhance the service. Veridocs easily integrates with third-party applications, or can function in a stand-alone environment, or as a data exchange through a web browser plug-in accommodating any sized city, state or Federal facility.

Squad Cars
As with most industries today, law enforcement agencies are required to increase productivity, while doing more with less.
Over 90% of squad cars have implemented Mobile Data Terminals (MDT), which have enhanced the speed of communication in the field, but does not always increase officer productivity or safety. In most cases, officers are still required to physically key information into the MDT and write out warnings and citations. This not only takes up valuable time, it jeopardizes the safety of the officer, as their attention is not focused on the perpetrator.
