Document Manager

Veridocs offers document management and storage as an enhanced feature.  Utilizing existing, or new off-the shelf, TWAIN compliant imaging devices, you can scan documents, such as checks, applications, credit reports, incident reports, etc. and save them to the appropriate patron file.   Files can be imported from the Internet, hard drive or server.   These images and documents are accessed easily through the Person Maintenance feature to exhibit patron activities.
